We are living through a global crisis of masculinity…
Wars of territory and culture are wide-spread, the divide between men and women has widened bitterly, and the planet buckles under the strain of heartless extraction. Communities and families are being torn apart by political polarization, the spiraling mental health epidemic, widespread addiction, and the absence of healthy masculinity in the men of our culture.
Despite living in an era of unparalleled abundance and connectivity, men have never felt more isolated, alienated, unfulfilled, and alone.
Nihilism and hopelessness prevail, while deep down, every man living longs for a mission worth fighting for and an opportunity to give love, care, provision, and protection while being met with appreciation, acknowledgement, honoring, and trust.
We believe the heart of this crisis reveals a profound truth: the world is crying out for mature masculinity. We are in desperate need of a radical shift in masculine consciousness—from the infantile to the mature, from shadow into light.
Society has made the error of demonizing masculinity as a whole, attacking its shadows without acknowledging the goodness and prosperity it has also produced. This has left men feeling bitter, blamed, unappreciated and adrift.
To make matters worse, we have lost the sacred rites and initiation rituals that once guided us in our transformation from boy to Man.
In the face of such challenges, what is to do be done?
The King’s Code is about reclaiming the path of initiation for all men, regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, culture, or creed. This path was born from the paths that all men once walked, regardless of where our people come from. To that end, the time has come for men to rise above our differences, comparisons, and petty competitions to re-blaze the ancient pathways that once led to healthy, integrated manhood in service of all humanity.
This is that path. It is a path made by walking.
Our mission is threefold:
- Initiation: To provide men with the essential initiatory experience that our culture has lost and none of us received. We create the conditions for deep psychological and spiritual transformation, giving rise to the forces that forge us into the mature, integrated men we were born to be.
- Rites of Passage: There IS a place to get to- an arrival into an irrefutable position of "Manhood" that can never be taken away, a place in mind and body where a man simply knows who he is and lives as an act of service. He has become the living combination of strength & tenderness, power & wisdom, heart & sword, personal sovereignty & devoted service. We help men integrate their shadows, heal their wounds, and step into their full potential as leaders, partners, and family men.
- Impact: To catalyze a global revival of the lost masculine traditions of Initiation. Our aim is to build an international brotherhood of conscious leaders who embody the qualities our world desperately needs: presence, purpose, emotional intelligence, and unwavering integrity in service to something greater than themselves.
Through this work, we envision a world where men are no longer considered "toxic", but rather are honored and empowered to serve as pillars of wisdom, strength, and compassionate leadership in their families, careers, relationships, and communities.

The King's Code exists to resurrect and reimagine the ancient pathways of masculine initiation for the modern world. We are committed to guiding men through the sacred threshold between boyhood and mature masculinity—a journey that transforms not only the individual but ripples out to heal families, communities, and the world at large.

Mikaal's mission is to ignite, accelerate, and celebrate the conscious evolution of men across this planet in our lifetime, and to help heal the divide between Men + Women by resurrecting the lost arts of Sacred Union.
As a Transformational Coach and Program Lead, he guides individuals and organizations worldwide into the deepest embodiment of their highest potential through a transmission of embodied Masculine Leadership, Sacred Theater, and Rites of Passage - integrating ancient wisdom traditions with modern transformational practices in service of "Something Greater".
When not facilitating men's work, Mikaal can be found lifting heavy objects, talking to animals, performing onstage, or curating ecstatic experiences for epic humans in remote corners of the world.

When not facilitating men's work, Mikaal can be found practicing martial arts, swimming with sharks, performing Shakespeare, or creating transformative experiences in remote corners of the world.
